Better yet for companies looking for links, you could offer a dedicated blog post talking about the company on your website. This could either be a text based interview with the owner of the sponsors company, or just a basic press release with quotes from officials from both parties.

Better yet, and a great way to attract even more businesses is to offer regular social media posts from your sports clubs social media accounts thanking your sponsors with links to either their socials or their website.

Aren’t advertising boards by the pitch enough?

Advertising boards are great- offer them as part of your package too.

But if you want to attract more businesses that are not die hard fans of your sports clubs you need to be offering more than a vanity board.

Town “Sponsorship”

i.e. Cardiff “sponsor us”.

In somewhere like Wales you may want to run this search for smaller town or even do it for South Wales/North Wales/West Wales. Whatever gets the job done really.
